The Wakefield Bus Station Greggs is the best, the staff are great, allways pleasant and they have a bit of banter too, allways polite and helpful, so much so we got a tub of Celerbrations for all the staff to share, plus a Christmas Card, im known as " Mince Pie Steve" long story. So yes, I think they deserve a big mention, 10/10 for them.

Been left absolutely disgusted with how a member of staff spoke to my girlfriend today. We came to greggs at Wakefield bus station and we both ordered a latte. The Male staff member who served me had amazing customer service but his female colleague who served my girlfriend spoke in a very miserable disgusting way In fact so miserable that she should not of come to work. She should of worked at a greggs in rough Bradford. We are so disappointed and will not be coming back until it gets sorted out.
