staff were unprofessionally sat at a table together immediately made me feel unwelcome and like an outsider, was spoken to very rudely, lady was very abrupt and condescending. Wether you are working or not, treat people with kindness and respect. You dont know whats going on in peoples lives! Overall was an awful experience, I imagine the only reason it is still open is for locals; which was very obvious by the stares of the staff as I walked in. Update: If you look further down your reviews, this complaint has been mentioned before, which seems it is less likely to be the customers fault in this instance. As much as I would have loved to try your products it was 5 minutes before closing and cant imagine I would have had time for a drink to be made and to sit in and enjoy it. I am a big supporter of small businesses which is why I am pleased I caused no hindrance to your profit making that day, due to there being approximately 4 people in the cafe and no sign of any potential customers that could have possibly needed a seat. Luckily no harm was being done for those in the 5 minutes I had out of the cold before you closed. Although I am really glad you remember me so you dont speak to anyone like that again.
