        My colleagues and I (plus families!) were the very lucky participants of a brilliant workshop with David where we had the great pleasure of making truffles and being led in how to properly taste and understand chocolate! David was extremely knowledgeable and shared his stories and facts in very engaging intervals between truffle making steps. Despite being on Zoom, David created a fun and relaxed environment where we felt free to ask questions and ask for help when the truffle making needed a little expert troubleshooting! The structure and pacing was spot on and was entertaining and engaging for everyone, from the littlest to the oldest! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a really fun and informative lockdown activity! Thank you Coeur de Xocolat!
