Incredibly poor dealership and not to the standard of a usual Mercedes dealer given our recent experience. Picked our car up from service but wanted to also look at both the new C Class estate and GLC, both cars were dead in the show room rendering them useless as we wanted to look in the boot/multimedia due to being ready to purchase a new car. No demonstrators on site for either vehicle were also on site and the salesman couldnt have cared less to be honest. Well be taking our business to another Mercedes dealer in future, Im not going to purchase a car from a dealer who cant even show me the car in detail.

I recently had some work completed on my Cabriolet roof at Mercedes Benz in Wakefield. I have to say that the whole experience was outstanding and would highly recommend them for any form of service needed to your Mercedes. The experience was made 'extra special' by the service that Danny, a service advisor, delivered. In his own time, Danny came to my home for a quick prognosis, then a few days later, and again in his own time, picked my car up from my home (not the first time either, as he also did this for a recent recall). Throughout the completion of the work, Danny regularly kept me informed of how the work was going, no hard sell extras and ensured any questions I had were answered. Once, the work was completed, Danny then delivered the car back to my home, fully valeted and looking like new. If Danny's service levels are typical of the whole service team, then it simply has to go without saying, that this branch is exceptionally well managed and trustworthy. Danny is a true ambassador for the Mercedes brand, and I wouldn't think twice about recommending Stratstone Mercedes in Wakefield for any service requirements you need You do pay more going to the dealer, but it's well worth it for the piece of mind and the first class service you will get Thanks again team Wakefield, and of course Danny for the exemplary service you have, and I'm sure, will continue to give
