Following on from the Covid-19 outbreak our company had to adapt to continue growth. Although we had a good idea of what needed to be done, actually implementing this was another story. Working with Jenni we were able to plan the order of the changes required and look at what was holding us back. We now have a more stream lined process of managing projects and new work premises to allow faster turnaround.

I'm coached by Jenni at actioncoach and it has really benefitted my business. I'd not tried coaching before but Jennis help has been great , such a talented lady and her ideas and guidance has really motivated me and enabled me to find new ways to work on my business and grow it considerably. She's super helpful and If she doesn't know something, she always knows someone who does and has referred me to a great accountant, social media expert and many other invaluable contacts. For anyone unsure if coaching is worth the expense........like I wondered for a while previously.......it is worth it, go for it, you and your business won't regret it
