Every day was fun and different, when i started January 2022 i loved it i was happy and over the moon, Alistair the operations manager, hadn't been at the depot long i can say he is an amazing caring person, always their for his staff and the buisness needs words cant discribe this gentleman asset to the company. The buses at that time where shocking, however after 2 months of being their he started to quickly turn Wakefield depot around, new buses, new rotas, mire relaxed atitiude towards drivers. then the supervisors, Matt (gentle giant) and the amazing woman Pam, they will fit around you rneeds the best they can, they cant do enough for you be good to them and there good to you, they'll sit and talk with you if you have any issues and get them resolved, the hours you can choose within reason, cleanliness has got alot better over th 7 months of being their, the drivers their amazing, funny, friendly aproachable and will certainly help you fit in. Ricky the regional manager is a great chap, approachable, and always polite and intermingles with staff well, i left due to a management change and because i was employed by the current manager for him seeing something in me, i also wanted to try something totally different after 10yrs driving, the down fall to hct is 11 (july 2022) pay its not enough especially with cost of living at present, buses are fun to drive, as you have a great choice at wakey depot, rhu (patchy), ojj (sprinter) ogy (my fav) then theirs luby (knz i think. If pay was more and the management stayed id have stayed, but due to health reasons i struggle with change when im used to one way, so i changed my career path . Youll enjoy it if you give them a try!

Great services offered. Friendly approachable staff due to shortage of drivers this is unfortunately showing on services of which isn't the companies fault but will endeavour to keep the service running at the best.
