        Unfortunately I did not check google reviews before purchasing furniture through Sharps as clearly I am not the only dissatisfied customer. Fitter did not turn up after waiting months. A second fitter was arranged who spent 3 days telling us how poor quality the product is and complaining about the surveyor to then leave us with a half finished job as the part of the delivery was wrong. Thousands of pounds spent. Terrible experience.

        Great showroom showing all the different options. Not as expensive as you would think and great professional customer service all round. Janet in the showroom is genuine, welcoming and really informative. Nothing was too much trouble. Surveyor was professional and likeable and came up with some great ideas to fill the awkward spaces. Delivery was as planned and fitter worked like a trooper and did a superb job. Obviously takes real pride in his job. No trouble all the way through. Glad I bought from Sharps and will be going back when the next bedroom has an overhaul!
