        Visited the branch this morning and at first the service was OK, it's what you expect when you go in, however I shared an incident experience that hapened yesterday with a staff member and she managed to tell me what services where available and I upgraded my account. Thanks to Natwest I've not got piece of mind :)

        Came in 6th of August, put in 380 ,machine as normal shut off, was told they could not open the machine and would ring me later in the day! Absolutely disgusting

        Not the friendliest of people never smile not helpfully at all my card was blocked cudnt understand why went in to branch to be told stop doing bank cards for savings account oh right and when was you going to let me know not an answer not good
