        Staff unprofessional and are obsessed with you using the machines! Refuse to allow customer use the counter, you have to fight for that privilege!

        Called tsb in Wakefield on the phone. Was told by the answer machine to do it on line, but dont have internet at home or a smart phone. Not helpful at all.
