        Absolutely no point to this branch. No counter and was advised to use a post office. All daft machines but with several staff doing nothing. Close it down.

        Went into HSBC Branch today ..I haven't been in a Branch for years. I was kindly and curtisously seen by a young lady called Marie who was so dedicated, understanding caring personally and efficient. She made me feel at ease, no rush and gave a fantastic professional assistance. Recommend the branch and this fantastic lady
