Visited branch to sort out an app problem. I didn't have an appointment but I couldn't have asked for better service. From the staff on the ground floor, to the advisor who saw me upstairs. The problem was resolved and I was able to complete my transaction. I found the level of customer service and support exceptional and would like to add my thanks for all your help.

The staff here are absolutely brilliant. Friendly and always happy to help. Really went to great lengths to help me open an account urgently and access transferred funds the same day when I was in a very difficult position. The queues always move quickly and the staff are very efficient. Can't recommend them enough.
