        Needed a RICS surveyor report done quickly as possible for help to buy purpose. Was booked in a soon as was possible and the report done within 48 hours of the visit which was brilliant. Although I wasnt there while the survey took place, was told Robert was very nice, as is Sue who I dealt with over the phone and through email. Highly recommend

        Really great service. Mr Crosbie was very supportive during the peak time in the UK Covid-19 pandemic twinned with additional pressures from the Stamp Duty holiday. I would recommend his services for anyone requiring Help to Buy valuations. Very knowledgeable about the processes and competitively priced. Very good quality home buyers reports. I was particularly impressed with his very swift turnaround of an urgent matter at very short notice.
