Andy Matheson Wedding Photographer

We were absolutely over the moon with service and photographs Andy provided for our wedding in July. There was plenty of communication in the lead up to the wedding, and we couldn't have asked for anything more on the day. There wasn't a moment he missed - even when we snuck off after lunch for an early go on the inflatable assault course he was at the end before we knew it and got some of our favourite shots of the day! We were thrilled with all the photos and they were presented really well. Definitely recommend booking Andy!

We were both genuinely gobsmacked when we saw our wedding photos - including the cover image for our preview pictures, so much so I cried at the cover photo choice and had to compose myself before we opened the rest of them up! They are absolutely GORGEOUS. From the minute we spoke to Andy, to every check-in and follow up, we knew we made the right decision - professional, friendly, laid-back, superb 'blend-into-the-background-ability', amazing at his job - what more could you want? The preview photos we've seen so far are absolutely stunning - every element of our day (dress, suits, bridal party, venue, decor, everything...) was captured in such perfect detail that we can relive every moment and emotion of the day. I cannot wait to see the rest of our photos & highlights video. I could go on, but it will get embarassing. Thank you, Andy - for everything! Simply amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend Andy to anyone looking for an event / wedding photographer - put us both at ease, and made us look great!

We are not a posey couple and have very little pictures of us together - Andy did not disappoint. We have the most amazing pictures and memories - I can't wait to fill the walls with our amazing pictures. We were postponed through Covid and found Andy after our orginal photography couldn't do our 2nd date. And finding Andy was absolutely meant to be. The care and effort was 2nd to none, from patiently waiting to capture the wedding to our beautiful handcrafted box of pictures - Andy really puts the effort in with the people he books in. Andy has an amazing ability to capture moments and I will be forever grateful to him for capturing that. Paul who did the videography was fantastic too! Paul and Andy made a cracking team. Cannot thankyou both enough for capturing our day! Would highly recommend Andy to any brides thinking about selecting Andy as their photographer - you will not be left disappointed. Gemma & Doug

We are so happy that we chose Andy to be our wedding photographer. As two people who are usually very uncomfortable in front of a camera, choosing a photographer was a little daunting for us. But Andy highlighted that he prefers to capture the day as it unfolds naturally and captures the footage as it happens - this was exactly what we wanted. We've received a few pictures from our wedding day and the quality is absolutely outstanding and there are so many images that I hadn't realised he'd taken and so glad that he has! Andy is such a lovely guy and so friendly, he was able to put us both at ease in front of the camera! Thank you so much Andy. We didn't want a big part of our wedding to be posing for photographs so decided to book Andy just for the ceremony, this was the best decision. We barely noticed he was there pre and during ceremony and spent 20-30 mins post ceremony doing group shot. The photos are just fantastic, so many beautiful moments captured. Would have no hesitation in recommending Andy and I don't think I will ever get bored of watching the montage he has put together.
