We came here for a problem we was having with the car overheating on long journeys. We was told it was a pump and they did the job. They told us to keep our eye on the coolant level so ever 3 to 4 weeks we had to top put more coolant in after a while I was told that was not right and o should take it back. I did so and they looked at it and told us everything was ok and nothing needed doing. A couple of weeks back on a long journey the car broke down on the motorway with my kids in the car with the same problem we first took it in with (Overheated). The AA man spotted the leak straight away and told us that leak had been there a very long time because of the wet coolant but also the dried coolant that was side by side. The AA man was convinced they had missed the leak twice and the pump that they originally fixed was not the real problem. When we took it back to the garage to be looked at again they gave us a lad to talk to that had only worked there 3 weeks and he told us what the man who fixed it said. Very strange that the man who fixed it didnt talk to us himself. Anyway they wouldnt take any responsibility for the problem so we have taken our car elsewhere to be fixed properly. I know they will reply with some excuse but trust me the way the AA explained it to me theres no doubt in my mind the problem was never fixed in the first place. Also not once but twice they give us that car back letting us think its normal to fill your coolant up every 3 to 4 weeks. Do your self a favour and take your car elsewhere to get it fixed first time.
