The Spiced Mango

Staff really nice, food really poor. Too many good food outlets to waste your time here. We used to enjoy this place and the food but for the last year not so - last night was the worst ever - spoke to the manager / boss, no joy, wasnt interested in our issues. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE Like I said TO MANY GOOD FOOD RESTAURANTS TO CHOSE FROM.

We decided to visit the Spiced Mango after hearing lots of good things about it. The restaurant is nicely decorated and spotless. After a short wait we were shown to a table towards the back. Thats when it all went downhill. A long wait for drinks and food orders then nearly an hour waiting for underwhelming food. The Bengal Lamb was bland and just tasted of tomato. Never cooked in strong spices as the menu says. No heat, no spice just tomato. Partner had the firecracker chicken which was hot but dry with large chunks of onion like it had been hacked by a blind woodsman. A small garlic and cheese nan with no garlic or cheese, so a plain nan. There seems to be a priority on the Just Eat deliveries given the number of times the delivery driver came and went over seated clients After asking for the bill numerous times and 2 hours later we finally escaped this ordeal. Never, ever again!!
