        When I bought my Mercedes from Arnold Clark I found a couple of issues that needed resolving, they asked me if I preferred taking it to my local branch instead of having to travel all the way to Wakefield, so I agreed to take it there to be looked at, however, long story short, it was easier in the end to have it done at the Wakefield branch. Hamish Steventon mentioned that I could have someone pick it up for me and dropped back off at my address which was perfect for me. The man who rung me to come and pick it up deserves a pay rise, his name is Luke Smith. The guy came to my house the night before to have a look at the jobs that needed doing (15 miles), took some photos, came back the next night from work, (39 miles), left his own car at my address overnight, took my car back to the branch, (39 miles), got the jobs done, replaced the fuel that he used in transit, brought the car back to my house from work, another 39 miles, and then drove back to his home address, 15 miles. I'll say that Luke Smith went above and beyond the call of duty, put himself out for me and the guy deserves a medal for the way he dealt with it and never batted an eyelid. Thank you Luke, you're a credit to Arnold Clark.
