If you're looking for a holiday retreat for two, to explore the Lincolnshire coast, then you'll find no better place; at a very reasonable price. Located just a few minutes away from the A52 means that you can easily access Skegness, and the nearby seaside resorts north to Mablethorpe; a 15 mile or so journey South will take you to the town of Boston. The accommodation comes in the shape of a detached cottage, originating from a previous life as a barn; well appointed, with an open plan kitchen & lounge/diner to the ground floor. Upstairs there is a good sized double bedroom, with sufficient drawer and hanging space; complemented with a comfortable bed and well thought out lighting. There is also a shower/WC room accessed from the same landing area; thermostatically controlled electric radiators serve both floors. Entry to the cottage is via a small enclosed garden, equipped with seating for two and a brick barbecue; a secure bike shed is also available for use, with car parking adjacent to the cottage. Wainfleet itself has local a Co-op, Hotel/pub, fish and chip shop, all within a few minutes walk; there is also a local railway station, offering a service to Skegness to the North and Boston to the south.
