    I love my Pilates with Sarah at Sandhurst. I always leave the class feeling rejuvenated, exercised, and stretched where my body needs it most. It was on friends recommendation that I started as a beginner and her very considerable expertise and encouragement has been a revelation to me. I thoroughly recommend Pilates with Sarah.

    I started attending Sarahs Pilates classes several months ago as I wanted to improve my fitness & flexibility. I had suffered with a knee injury & following Physio, Sarahs classes were excellent for helping me to regain further flexibility & strength. Sarah is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in her teaching to ensure that each of her students are exercising correctly but also within capabilities taking into consideration any injuries or limitations. I thoroughly enjoy Sarahs classes because there is always a friendly welcoming atmosphere.

    I joined Sarahs Pilates class in September 2021. Health wise I am very lucky with no serious problems but I felt that some form of exercise would be very beneficial for me and I wanted to improve my flexibility and core strength. Sarahs class numbers are small which means she has time for everyone, they are fun and each one is different and she is an excellent experienced teacher and extremely knowledgeable and patient. I now feel much fitter, stronger and more mobile and flexible and I look forward to each class and Im so glad I joined

    I started Pilates September 2021 . I had a few issues with ongoing lower back , frozen shoulder and generally feeling out of shape . I started with 1 class a week and Sarah was very supportive making sure we were all doing the right breathing and movement s correctly. I really enjoyed the classes so after Christmas stepped it up to 2 classes a week and what a difference in toning up and my body getting so much stronger , changing shape just by carrying myself properly. Very enjoyable classes Thank you Sarah
