Wadhurst Pharmacy

On several occasions we have had to seek advice from the pharmacist and he has always been extremely generous with his time and his expertise has proved invaluable. All the staff are incredibly helpful - a great local pharmacy!

Receptionist staff were lovely but the pharmacist refused to give me an emergency prescription for two days of medication after I'd been sent there to get one from the local doctors. I had just moved home and was awaiting my medical records to come through so the GP thought that was the best option to prevent me from having withdrawl from the medication. I had my medication box with my old prescription was this wasn't enough. I left extremely distressed and the pharmacist did nothing and did not care for the potential fall out it could have on the NHS. i.e. I now require more care to deal with the withdrawal effects. I would not advise going to this pharmacy in an emergency. Really poor service and I'm not actually sure what he did was legal.
