        Refused to accept my elderly mum as a customer (despite insuring her for years prior!) because she commented while renewing that I look after her email account as she stuggles with IT. I could sort this for her as she has a Gmail address she could put (she just doesn't realise!), but sounds like they don't want her custom so will let her go elsewhere!!
