        Phoned this morning to check appt time to see nurse . Given one time put phone down thought this Im sure isnt the time phoned again another lady said a completely different time of day no apology . Thought I had better check and ask for them to send it through which they have since done but last receptionist no apology very abrupt in attitude . Not good enough when you need to be reassured

        The receptionist was loud rude and very unhelpful. The doctor had not done his job properly and asked what I wanted him to do! I'm not a doctor I wouldn't have called if I had the answers! Had only heard bad things I should have listened

        Fantastic service always. Receptionists are on the ball and get messages through quickly. The doctors have literally saved my live more than once! Feel very privileged to have such a good service when other practices are so poor. Many thanks to all for all you do
