We dined here yesterday for my fianc's birthday! Fantastic service, beautiful and serene ambience and lovely foods!

Been again today after being asked back by landlady and service and food was five star. She was very apologetic for what had happened previously and assured us it had been dealt with Had table booked for 5 people, after being seated had to ask for menus, eventually ordered drinks, had to ask again for children's menu but it didn't come, neither did the drinks after 20 minutes and nobody came to take our order so we left, shame because the food we saw looked good but need to sort the service.

Excellent as always..... Food normally superb but the setting is out of this world. Huge riverside garden and watching the canal boats passing by but the village of Wadenhoe is perhaps Northamptonshires finest. A gorgeous old public house.

The food, service and setting were all first class. Sat in the pods in the garden for our lunch, and it was perfect, enjoying the views whilst also enjoying the wonderful food. Very impressive, can't wait to go back in the summer!
