        Michelle and her husband went over and above coming out on a Sunday to clear rat infested rubbish left behind at Surf Flat, Polzeath because the owner took no action even though we reported it to him the previous day! Thank you so much Michelle and Husband you are stars

        Craig and his team have been looking after our flat in Polzeath for over a year and have completely taken the stress out of the day to day running of the place. No detail is missed and they have been brilliant with holiday guests needing a help in hand to sort out any issues. Very quick with responses, both our own and our guests. I would highly recommend Coastal Property Management.
