Katherine is a very special person, musician and teacher. She has guided me through my first year of playing the piano and of learning to read music with kindness, joy and inspiration. She encourages me with every lesson and supports my wider learning. Katherine is an exceptional teacher and I can highly recommend her.

Katherine is an amazing piano teacher! My son has been taking lessons for 6 months, he has learnt so much, he is choosing to practise daily, and his growing enjoyment is wonderful to see. Particularly, I am grateful for the way that Katherine has spent time getting to know my son and teaches him in a way that suits his learning style and personality. I am a mature student of the piano and I am so pleased to have Katherine as my teacher. Katherine is so encouraging and positive in her feedback from each part of the lesson and I come away from each lesson inspired to practice lots and get better as quickly as possible. I love her focus on playing musically and with emotion, not just the technical aspects of playing the piano. Katherine is also so good at boosting my confidence in my abilities and is helping me to release my mental block when it comes to performing. I thoroughly recommend Katherine as an excellent piano teacher.
