Always give a polite and efficient service. May need to give owing slips for some medicines, but this is due to a shortage of supplies rather than the fault of Day Lewis, if I understand the situation correctly.

Do not trust this circus. They mess our prescription deliveries up on a weekly basis and simply dgaf whether we get our meds or not. Pathetic

I fully recommend this pharmacy. The staff have gone above and beyond to help my Dad recently. They deliver my Dads medications promptly each week. Theyve been so helpful when certain medications have not been available and go above and beyond to ensure and new medication prescribed is dispensed quickly. We are very grateful to all the staff in this branch for all their help at this time.

I have always found this branch of Day Lewis excellent, the staff have always been helpful and friendly. The reason for only 3 stars is because of my latest experience, I went in to collect a prescription and saw a staff member leave. Apparently it was the pharmacist, I was then told that she had left to get her lunch and I would have to wait until she returned as nobody could give out prescription medication without her being present. If that's the case it should be advertised to stop people wasting their time. This is extremely bad customer service as no thought has been given to the customer. Everybody should be allowed a proper lunch break. But at least let the customers know by advertising the fact, and that nobody can collect prescriptions during certain times during the opening hours. Plus I wasn't pleased to be told by a member of staff, now you know not to turn up at this time. The pharmacist didn't even have the decency to answer me when i asked why she left when I was in the shop, and she hadnt wait until I had finished being served.
