I cannot recommend Martin highly enough. I was in considerable discomfort whilst away on holiday with a chronic back issuenormally I have a deep tissue massage when I feel locked up and in pain, so I found Martin by searching for deep tissue massage Wadebridge on Google. But thats a fraction of what he offers and provides. I had a personal and individual treatment experienceacupuncture, spinal manipulation, soft tissue work, adjustments, massagejust amazing. Martin is highly trained, in many different disciplines, so can tune in to your issues and pain, and draw on a vast repertoire of therapies, treatments and techniques to find out whats wrong and to make you feel better. Martin himself is charming and funny, he shares his considerable knowledge and wisdom generously, and I felt in very safe hands. I walked in to see Martin feeling really drained and in a lot of painit hurt to sit or lie down, and it was really affecting my holiday. I walked out immediately feeling so much better. And, ultimately, like Id been cared for and looked after. The next day I felt positive, energised and fully mobile. I booked a second treatment and feel even brighterI now have no pain at all! The only downside is that I live in the Midlands, so Medella Health is not local. I will be back though! Im already working out how many appointments I can fit in a week next Easter. So, do not delay or put off seeing Martinitll be the best thing you do for your health and wellbeingyou will not regret it :)

Exceptional. Medella Health is now my top recommendation to anyone facing pain. Medella Health will offer you an opportunity to live pain free. Martin Rouen is the man to go to if something 'hurts' or doesn't feel right. Medella Health is where you should go. With Martin Rouen's extensive training, he has the knowledge to work with you and your body in a way that is sympathetic to your physical needs. A treatment with him will leave you feeling understood, treated appropriately and equipped with the knowledge of your condition to begin or continue your healing journey with a suitable amount of patient responsibility. I've seen enough 'specialists' to have a suitable amount of scepticism about what some may consider 'alternative' health practitioners. But after just one session, I knew Medella Health was different. I was given exercises to support my recovery while my treatment left me back pain-free, with the tension in my shoulders released. Unlike my previous weekly visits to a chiropractor, which did nothing that lasted, any return visits to Medella Health will be for a new concern, not the old challenges.

Martin to the rescue after my back went into spasm whilst on holiday in Cornwall! A wealth of knowledge and experience, which he was very willing to share - I came away with not only a far more comfortable back, but also a better understanding of my body and some tailor-made exercises to help improve my current issue. I can definitely recommend!

I sincerely recommend attending Medella Health. I had spent years just putting up with aches and pains. Just putting it down to getting older. I reached a point where 2 days of physical activity would leave me hunched over in pain. On my first visit, after describing my discomfort, Martin quickly identified my problem and set about fixing it. Or as I'm sure he would point out, assisting my body to fix it. He showed me stretches that would help, and instantly I could feel them acting on the damaged areas. On my second visit, Martin demonstrated how the areas that gave me severe pain a week before were much more relaxed and healing well. He identified some minor areas of concern and worked on those as well. On my third visit I was feeling a bit of a fraud, as I was feeling completely healed. I was due to have a week of intense physical activity, so asked if he would work on the previously troublesome areas. After a week of moving house, lifting awkward, heavy objects to a timetable, I can honestly say that I haven't had a twinge. Martin would hate to be called a miracle worker, but the application of his obviously extensive knowledge and training was certainly a huge part of my healing process. I wish I had gone to see him years ago!

Found Martin on Google and im sooooo glad i did. He is very patient and understanding, i get loads of information regarding my condition and everything he intends to do treatment wise. Lovely man makes me feel very comfortable and better still after jst 3 sessions i am no loger having severe back pain which has been ongoing for 10+ yrs. Martin doesn't jst do treatment in sessions he also gives me techniques to do myself to help aid my recovery. I call him my miracle worker!! Could not recommend him highly enough.
