Sanders Opticians

Called because my daughter's GP suspected, from the symptoms she described over the phone, that she had a detached retina and because of that they instructed us to get an emergency assessment. Sanders were curt and to their point. "We don't do emergency appointments and we're booked up in any case". And then ended the call immediately. Another opticians in Wadebridge couldn't help because their optometrist wasn't in until bext week BUT (a) would have done if they had been in (even though we weren't going to buy any expensive specs) and (b) were kind and helpfully pointed us elsewhere. .

I can't recommend this opticians highly enough. I had to bring my grandson to my eye test today and not only was he given a stool to sit on but got to look at images on the computer and have them explained. Everyone was just lovely. Thank you...

Just picked up my new glasses today, so happy with them. Using them at work today and they are perfect, no eyestrain at all anymore. Highly recommend. Great service and attention to detail when discussing more specific eye concerns. Thank you

Today my wife and I had our eyes tested at Sanders, our optician Roxanne was one of the nicest people we have ever met and incredible at putting you at ease. I have a very silly fear of eyes, but Roxanne was the first optician I have ever seen that didnt make me feel silly and I had my eye test with no anxiety at all. We all laughed and talked through the whole process and felt like we both got the best and most professional out come with our tests. We then were helped to choose frames by a lovely lady Chloe who was also very helpful and all staff around were very welcoming and kind. We cant recommend Sanders enough and for once I am actually looking forward to my next eye test with Roxanne. Thank you all for your amazing service :-)

The staff are really friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is relaxed. I haven't had my eyes tested since I was at school, so a good 30 years ago! But the optician, I think her name was Roxanne, very funny and friendly lady, explained the whole process to me. The gentleman who helped me find the perfect reading glasses was excellent! He brought 3 styles but his 1st choice was perfect! He knows his stuff. I couldn't recommend this local business high enough.
