Kernow Fires

Kernow Fires were a pleasure to deal with from day one. Always happy to help and offer advice, we never felt under any pressure to make a decision. Allen visited our home and told us what was possible. We fell in love with the RAIS Caro in nickel, which was in the Wadebridge showroom. Fast forward 6 months, and Kevin and Sam were here for four days. They removed our old fireplace and installed our dream wood burner. They were absolutely superb. Very professional and very tidy. Very helpful survey to reassure me of the practicality, and good advice on the model to choose. The installation was very efficiently done by Kevin and Sam, very neat and tidy work, all looks very good, and a very thorough clean and tidy up on conclusion. Completely satisfied.

This is our third Contura wood burner from Kernow Fires. This one was in a fire place so was a little different from the previous two. The installers Lee and Pete were very professional, patient and helpful. Everything was done efficiently and left clean and tidy after. I can recommend the fire totally it is really efficient and warm.

Lee and Peter arrived to what was suppose to be a quick job, (discovering the fire did not fit the fireplace) after having to create a larger hole, removing bricks and getting a lintel, rebuilding around the inset fire, pointing and installing slate around the fire. They remained cheerful with jokes and finished the job efficiently and to a fabulous standard. Leaving us spotlessly clean with all the information we will need to light and maintain our wood burner. A big thank you boys, highly recommend this team, a credit to Kernow Fires.
