        Fantastic service and support from Paul and the team at GoByCycle; hired a carbon road bike for 3 days and explored North Cornwalls hills and valleys extensively - with some sore legs also. Prompt delivery and pick up from our holiday rental a bonus. Would 100% recommend.

        Me and my boyfriend rented bikes from GoBycle in July. We are from Norway and came to Cornwall for holiday and wanted to do parts of our journey by bike. It was super nice to get our bikes delivered to us in st. Austell and then picked up at our air bnb in Penzance a few days later. It was Paul who came both times, and he was really nice, flexible and helpful. We were happy with our bikes and the extra equipment that was included in the price. Thank you! Would absolutely recommend this!

        My husband and I recently came to the UK to ride from Lands End to JOG. We hired carbon road bikes from Go ByCycle for the journey which did the job well. I found the customer service provided by Paul to be outstanding in arranging all the details for this trip. Nothing I requested was ever too much trouble. Bikes were delivered to out hotel in brand new condition and arrangements made to have them shipped back to Cornwall upon completion. It was a wonderful journey.

        We hired a couple of electric bikes from Go ByCycle for some friends who were visiting Cornwall for the weekend, so that we could all go cycling on the Camel Trail. The bikes were delivered by a really nice chap (sorry can't remember his name) they were clean and looked pretty much new. Having not used an electric bike before I didn't know if they would be up to the task, but in the end I wished I hired an electric bike for myself. Great fun, thanks! Will be sure to recommend you.

        Great service, Paul is really knowledgeable and gives great tips for routes depending on you ability. Another plus is that the bike was in great working order, something which other bike companies could learn from. Would definitely use again!
