        My 2nd time here on holiday as a drop in, and couldnt recommend this gym any higher. The coaching and help is 1st class and the members are all extremely friendly. The facilities are fantastic the gym is very clean and tidy every session. Brilliant welcome for a drop in session and very accommodating to all needs. The work outs and classes are well written and all movements broken down and coached extremely well. Thank you Jono and fourkings for another great experience. Good luck loved it.

        Super friendly bunch of people. Coach was very attentive and corrected everyone in the technique, helped to improve the moves and it felt right, like it supposed to be! Super clean box as well! Will def come back! Chilled vibe, loved it

        I had the pleasure of training here with Jono whilst living in the area. Having moved away I must say I very much miss it. Such a friendly, welcoming place. Most importantly a great place to train. Couldn't recommend enough.
