        Stopped in whilst on holiday and SO glad I did. All the ladies were lovely and very friendly. Debbie listened and helped me a LOT and couldnt have been more helpful with her advice. I actually felt some relief when I left the shop armed with some things to get me started and hopefully help with Fibro symptoms. An inspiring lady!! Thank you so much for all the advice and information I cannot tell you how grateful I am. So glad you are online as we live 4hrs away! This means I will be able to keep on top of my new routine and hopefully start to feel better in myself :)
