        I purchased rugs 2 weeks ago online. I have called 4 times and emailed twice. The phone was only answered once and a lady said she would call back and I am still waiting. HORRIBLE SERVICE

        I'm sorry to say I can't recommend this company for online sales. The products look lovely, but communication was almost non-existent and it took 2.5 months to get a refund!
