Fantastic: I made an error with my online order (wrong date) and they went above and beyond to get a birthday bouquet and chocolates delivered for me on the right day at the very last minute. The recipient was thrilled with the beautiful flowers, too.

Cant think Danielle and the team enough, such amazing, beautiful bunches, such a beautiful colours of the last so well I will never use anyone else, but the Bloom Room for my flowers.

We visited Dani to arrange Mum's flowers for her funeral and they were absolutely stunning. Exactly what we wanted. Very natural looking and she had included the flowers we had requested. They were delivered to the directors as promised. The service alone was amazing at what is a very emotional time. A lovely, down to earth, talented lady who I would thoroughly recommend.

My son sent me a beautiful bouquet from The Bloom Room they was and still are beautiful 10 days later I'm still enjoying them today ,due to lovely clear instructions on how to care for them ,look like they have at least another week in them
