        Spider is very rude got what I wanted but it was hard work and I had to go to the top and speak with the area manager

        Fairly poor customer service. Counter assistant not familiar with sheep products and was told rolled barley was not available due to short stock. On collecting from store no one available to load despite 2 waiting customers. While waiting for this I saw a whole stack of rolled barley clearly available, when I was told by the counter operative it was not. Seriously unimpressed by this branch of the store, having spent more than 15 years using its predecessor Cornwall Farmers. Will have to vote with my feet on this one!
