Customer service sucks!!! After they have sold the car - they will ignore your emails and not respond / respond at leisure. My car has arrived and there is no clarity on when i will get delivery. Paperwork has not been sent yet despite chasing up. Very uncaring and unprofessional. They dont care that I have waited almost a year in the first place (of course that is down to Toyota delay and not dealership) and have no vehicle at present

Having been a previous happy customer of this dealership 4 years early, I was looking forward to renewing my car. Wow how things have changed. When asking questions about a new car, or service costs, the rep just replied with I dont know, no attempt to seek an answer. Then he tried to lie about trade in price for my car, by adjusting the price by 3k. Thankfully I had already spoken to Toyota finance department so know the answer. One year on and still waiting for the sales rep to call me back with an answer. Took my business elsewhere and now happily enjoying my new car

Enquired on a Thursday. Received a call back on Friday and booked a test drive for Saturday. Car was still for sale and advertised on their site and @Autotrader. Despite having an appointment with the team at 11.30am on 8/4/23, I still had to wait for an available salesman. They did not seem to find the car but was told, I can drive the same model and my car would be ready for Tuesday. Went ahead with the sale and paid 500 pounds deposit. I was told the car 'must be at the back'. After some time Carlie came back apologising: oops the car was sold on Thursday but they failed to send an email out within the team on the SOLD status of the car. I was reassured that a refund would be made and should reflect by Tuesday. Almost a week on and still no refund or a follow up apology email of any kind.
