        Had the misfortune of being unable to live with my parents - they drove me bonkers, so I took the bold step of living in an abode in south London. Leafy Birdhurst rise, adjacent to the local parish church was my official fixed address for one year - thanks to Morgan, Rowland & Co. I had all the amenities of London, but the luxury of Surrey's green space. In 10 minutes or so I could dine in Clapham or visit Oxted's marvellous 'Blue Oyster'. The parking outside the office is minimal and often reminiscent of the junk yard scene in Mad Max - however the receptionist wears a smashing blouse.
