I first met and started training with Lauren in November 2018. Her passion and positivity is infectious. I had lost my way with eating and had become extremely unfit. Lauren got me back on track and helped me enjoy training again. The weight loss was slow and steady but have kept it off due to the habits and knowledge she provided me with. If there was ever a day I didn't feel like training I still turned up as just chatting to her through the session would make a bad day better. Lauren is a one of a kind trainer that can get the best out of everybody know matter what the goal. Cannot recommend highly enough xXx

VYU is hands down the best PT community I have ever been a part of. My trainer, Lauren, makes every single session enjoyable and keeps me motivated throughout. This journey doesnt stop at the 1:1 sessions, Lauren is constantly keeping me on track through detailed food plans and workouts I am able to do on my own. I can tell VYU really care about their clients and ensures they feel part of a supportive community. Thank you Lauren and thank you for introducing me to VYU! I am forever grateful for all of the hard work that goes into keeping us all on track to achieving our goals!

LT quite frankly is the best. Motivational, understanding & your biggest supporter - there is no PT I would rather have. Every session is different & never boring. Your routine gets mixed up in a good way so you never get stale & therefore results are clear and also seen. A great coach & inspiration, vyu LT has it all.

Lauren is an excellent personal trainer who has coached me towards an improved physique and better fitness all-round. Shes no standby and watch trainer either as shes willing to get stuck in and show how its done: Nothing like being set an example of how to carry out a routine. I wholeheartedly endorse Lauren to anyone looking to improve their fitness and have health goals in mind. Shes got a very welcoming manner and her sense of humour will put the most nervous totally at ease in no time. Shes great!

Lauren is a fabulous Personal Trainer who has transformed my life in so many ways. She's caring, supportive and genuinely wants to help you be your best. Lauren pushes me to the max, but we have a good giggle too! I used to hate the gym and had never lifted weights before, but now I LOVE IT! At the end of every session I'm a sweaty mess, exhausted, but counting down the time til the next one. With changes to my nutrition she's helped me lose 15kg, but it's not about the number on the scales.... I feel great about myself and for the first time in life I'm happy with my body. My confidence has rocketed since having Lauren as a coach and I've got a really positive outlook on life. Lauren's knowledge is phenomenal and she's so passionate about her job. Every session is different - always fun, always challenging, always progressing. Her bubbly personality is infectious and she really does go the extra mile to help you set (and smash!) your goals. BEST PT EVER!!!!!!
