I've been steadily losing weight over time and even though there are blips, he's taught me that it's ok to have setbacks, which has really changed my mentality towards the long term goal and honestly I'm over the moon with my results so it's a pleasure to tell the rest of the world He's great

Sebastian is great as we can always find time for a session despite our mutually busy schedules. He strikes a perfect balance between accountability and support. Workouts were appropriately geared to what I was able to do and would get progressively more challenging as our sessions went on. My fitness has increased noticeably and Ive seen improvements in my ability to complete more core exercises & generally push myself harder. Dare I say I actually now look forward to my workouts. Sebastian is a real gem as he coached me without ever mentioning my weight, body size, diets, or the looming bikini season!! He was compassionate and understanding that the fitness culture can feel unwelcoming to many and made each session a positive one (thank you!)
