WE NEED MORE ELVINAS IN THE WORLD. Funny, caring, down to earth and just overall wonderful human being. She works so hard to find the root of an injury or problem you may have, and takes her time to understand the workings of your body as well as your mind in order to help as much as she can. She uses her social media to teach those who may have certain issues (even if you didnt realise it!) and her posts are knowledgable and fun. I cannot thank her enough for all that she has done for me over the past few years and look forward to my appointments with her. I enjoy every second and the time flies by so fast! Anyone would be lucky to have Elvina and I cannot recommend her enough.

I'm so pleased I had the pleasure of having Elvina in my life, working her magic on my injury. She got to the root of the issue with her hands and her strategic plans for me to take away, and alongside my own weight training regime which I stepped up dramatically, we had success together on what was needed to be fixed. I enjoyed our sessions, both from a physical healing point of view, but also from a conversational perspective. Her sense of humour is as wild as mine and our shared and curiously minded interests made it a more human experience than just a physical, patient-practitioner one. I couldn't recommend Elvina any more.

I have joint, muscle and back problems, mainly because I sit a lot for my job but also because I have auto-immune issues. Elvina is a knowledgeable osteopath, and has consistently helped me recover when I have seized up and has helped me in my self-management, for example in improving my general day to day flexibility. She is also approachable and very practical in her advice.

I have seen Elvina for two years. Initially fir a back pain after a gardening injury and then after a cycling accident. The treatment has been first class, and provided the relief I needed. Elvina is incredibly pleasant, gives the relevant advice, explains very well and it works. She is diligent with the appointments. I could not be any more grateful.
