Booking service and pricing excellent however on arrival at safe store it became a problem as my unit was on the first floor- there was only one trolley ( not very big ) for my delivery guys to use up and down in the lift- this took transfer of items of my house move multiple loads and trips which was very tedious and frustrating not to mention time consuming and ended up costing me a further significant amount of money as I had to pay the delivery men an extra hours work- you cannot run a storage service without a good supply of large trolleys for transfer of goods - just basic common sense

Highly pleasant experience, and I was very pleased to having spoken to and dealt with by one of the employees, Rachel. Rachel is excellent in her role, having attentively listened to my needs on the phone, and actually suggested suitable available alternatives, without feeling like I was being coarsed into a choice, for the sake of the company's profit. Having spent most of that stressfull afternoon (Friday) speaking to competitor storage companies......... you would be surprised how much the concept of customer satisfaction is lost on most of them. But Rachel provided that and more, explained things clearly, and I didn't feel there was any hidden agenda. She's very good! All in all, pleasant experience, and I'm comfortable that my items are currently stored at this particular store!!
