        I love using this studio to practice what I love - Yoga! Yasmin is always so polite, professional & efficient when I am contacting her to book a time slot. I look forward to my time here because it is self care for me & the fact that there is WiFi enables me to connect to my own playlist and zone out! I use this studio on a weekly basis and highly recommend it :)

        A great small private gym/dance studio to work out alone, with a PT or in a small group. It has a wide variety of equipment so I am able to do a varied workout each time, working out and targeting the necessary areas of my body effectively. The gym is always very clean and tidy and the customer service is very effecient and professional.
