Our cockapoo seems to have a great time with Gavin and the other dogs. He enjoys playing with the other dogs and the attention from Gavin. Picked up and dropped off on time. Highly recommend

Poor service doesnt match the website! Called up and he immediately refused to meet our little Frenchie because he decided all frenchies are aggressive and have issues without meeting our dog as mentioned he would on his website! our lovely dog goes on pack walks al the time and his loved by his old dog day care sadly because we moved we can no longer use nathanial. POOR SERVICE!

Gavin is a highly knowledgeable animal expert, years of experience and genuine love & affection for all living creatures. Always puts the animals first with upmost duty of care. Extremely trustworthy and worth every penny . Highly recommend Charlie bears pet care !

Our Norfolk terrier Edie has been going to Charlie Bears Doggy Daycare since she was a puppy and I would hugely recommend. Gavin looks after Edie like she is his own and is really flexible with what days she goes in the week. Its also lovely to know that she gets to spend the whole day off-lead in a lovely secure paddock fully supervised- she cant wait to spend the day with her doggy-friends. We get photos and updates from Gavin every day she goes. With the pick-up and drop-off service, this is the best value and best doggy-daycare in Croydon! Thanks Gavin!
