If you wanna learn karate or kickboxing this is the place! The coach Alan is very good, you'll get tough love, humour, and learn a lot. You can join any group as a beginner and he'll modify moves or slowly explain techniques to help you understand. I've improved my fitness and you can earn belts too, but the best thing by far is the support and the people that go there. As a woman, I highly recommend the all-women sessions with Payal (my favourite and hopefully back soon after she's had baby)!

Absolutely amazing club and trainers, for years I just went to the gym and did cardio thinking I was getting fitter but through training with this club I have built up strength and ability I never knew existed. The knowledge and skills shown by the trainers makes you want to better yourself all the time, the values that they possess trickle down to everyone they work with. I could not recommend this club enough for anyone looking for group or 1:1 sessions. Everything is tailored to your individual ability and you will not find a better place to train.

Ive been to many places for martial arts around London but none have the experience and knowledge of the head coach Alan. Its a great environment to learn Karate and Kickboxing whether youre a experienced or beginner. Alan has helped me with becoming a better fighter and losing weight. Joining invictus five years ago was the best decision and has helped in all aspects of life. My only regret was not starting sooner!
