We have bought a number of machines from Powell, all have been great and reliable. We have always received a friendly service from the team there and their online store is great for tools with fast shipping.

After having done a lot of research into the sort of machine we were after, we whittled down the choice of suppliers to a few. After having met with Tom and Bill at their premises we were decided in using Powell. Were delighted we did- the service has been brilliant, both during the purchase and most importantly the after sales has been faultless. A few teething problems were encountered towards the end of our warranty period, and in both instances one of the team (usually Filip very knowledgeable!) was there within 24hrs exceptional service! Thanks!

The Maxicam team have been an amazing help to me in starting up my small business. I first bought a 4040 and then a 6090 and the support and after sales has been second to none. If I need any CNC cutters or colets it's so straightforward. Also if I need to talk to Lucilia or Bill for anything then it's no trouble for them. I can't recommend Maxicam enough.

I would rate this company far higher if I could, absolutely EXPECTIONAL throughout and an exemplary reminder of what good customer service really is. We grew our business off the back of our reputation of high quality, reliable products. I can now say the machinery we have from Maxciam attributes to the reputation. When we needed to enhance our machinery we undertook a thorough search into what we were buying and who was selling it. Maxicam were sympathetic to our circumstances and objectives. We really felt supported throughout our purchase and even more so afterwards in the preceeding months of ownership. The aftersales was very imporant to us and they've been right there whenever we need them, we've never walked alone! Their extensive knowledge and expertise within manufacturing and servicing has really become and asset to us. I've reccomended a number of peers to them who will all testify the same. Brilliant. Rest assured, you're in safe dealing with this outfit. Quality machinery, quality service and a friendly exchange. We'll never look elsewhere for our next machine as there isn't a comparison.
