        Ordered and paid for blinds in July and was told approximately 2 months lead time. Now no answer to emails or calls. Today visited shop during opening hours and its shut with a sign saying due to unforeseen circumstances were closed until 10 august. Today is 10 September so a month later! Lots of unopened mail. Looks like they may have gone bust but nothing on the website or shop front. All the stock is still there. Commencing claim via credit card for refund. Pity as they were a great company.

        Been closed for ages (since early Aug) and will not reply to emails/calls. I have a 250 order outstanding and I feel like they've gone bust. Sadly next stop is the bank.

        The business have taken full payment for our order some months ago, following a home visit. Since then, no curtains, no explanations, no answer to phone calls, emails and the shop is shut despite the website suggesting otherwise. Very frustrated, angry and disappointed. Subsequently found out they have likely gone bust. If anyone knows who administrators are would be glad if they could post.

        Very frustrated with this shop. We have paid for the installation of a skylight blind. The installer was suppose to come on the 2nd of August after 3pm and it's 11 of August we have not heard from the shop or installer to date. Our phone calls are not being responded and there is no response to our emails. Shocking customer service. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone.
