I have never known receptionists like them. How they even have a job is beyond me. Rude is an understatement and it seems to be one in particular. The receptionists need to remember they are receptionists and not gps or pharmacists. When calling for an appointment you do not redirect someone to go and take a particular over the counter medication because you cannot be bothered to the book the required appointment. This is highly dangerous as the receptionist has no idea of a persons medical history has no knowledge of allergies and most importantly the patient diagnosis.

The receptionist are extremely rude, if they don't like their job Go and do another not when people are sick and need help. We dont need people like you who dont have any manners or respect. Someone needs to train them all on customer service or sack them all. So very unprofessional

I have been registered with this GP for all my life and I have never had a problem with them. Having a long term medical condition, I use their services very often. All staff members I have spoken to from the receptionists, nurses and doctors are very helpful and take the time to support me with my queries and medical concerns.

Unprofessional staff possibly racist , you can die in front of them and they would care less ! I went there for registration thinking I will get an appointment with the doctor as soon as possible due to my hemorrhoids condition and my piles sticking out to much , and they were more interested In the proof of address details more than my heath !
