        I had an issue with a fire alarm, called these guys on the back of a recommendation. The engineers arrived on time, managed to resolve the issue on site, and all throughout head office were in contact to ensure a smooth service. Would definitely recommend!! 10/10

        Got a quote to change 6 smoke/heat alarm wireless detectors and 'programming' for more than 3000 pounds inc VAT. When we asked why their prices were so high the engineer said the batteries were 'specially made' and would cost more than 200 pounds each (!!!). I asked for the part number to check the information they are giving me and the Engineer said he was not allowed to give this information or he did not know as the price was set by his office, not by him. Tried to call the office but had no satisfactory response..they just directed me to the same Engineer again. Ended up calling the manufacturer of the alarm who told me the detectors require simple Lithium batteries which cost no more than 15 pounds per pack. Got another company to fit the batteries and test the system and they charged us 105 pounds +VAT for the call out...I bought the batteries myself so in total will spend around 300 pounds with parts and labour! Total RIP-OFF!!
