        This has been my dentist for years, crowns, fillings, root canals all great and the staff are always very friendly and kind.

        The person who answers the calls is very rude, she does not let the clients speak and besides, I have been waiting for almost a year for my children and me to be attended to. I make my appointment and when there is more or less 2 weeks left they cancel.

        Called today to book an emergency appointment. Was told that Purley Whites can book me only privately as my last appointment was two years ago. What a pathetic excuse...

        Left this dentist as fed up with private work being pushed on every visit!! Last straw was when i was told my 11 year old son's outstanding treatment that was cancelled due to covid can only be done now privately. We have registered with another dentist with an appointment tomorrow!
