This delivery was a complete disaster from the start. The driver failed to deliver my package on three occasions and did not leave it with a service point as requested. Moreover, the driver did not leave it with a neighbour as requested and did not phone me at the time of delivery if there were any issues, as I had requested.
Deeply dissatisfied and extremely disappointed with the way DHL handled this matter. Not only have they caused me inconvenience, but you have also wasted my time and effort. I trusted them to deliver my package, and they have failed to meet my expectations.
