Worst company ever. Dont care about actual cleaning only dusting and in such an old building thats constantly being used by so many people it doesnt matter how much you dust theres always going to be dust unless a deep clean is done on the high ceilings that we cant reach. Most pay days Im questioning why my pay is wrong and then have to wait until next payday for them to rectify it IF THEY EVEN REMEMBER! Ive contacted payroll days after speaking with my manager only to be told that no one has informed them of the wrong pay. The sign in system is rubbish and doesnt always log hours properly so if it doesnt log you in you dont get paid. The managers dont respond to enquiries quick enough. No praise for anything just constantly moaned at. Managers dont come to check how things are often enough. Workers who do nothing but walk around with a cloth pretending to do something and cant vacuum or empty bins because of a bad back get away with doing nothing and the people who actually clean are not respected and are told to help the useless ones.
